Deana Perry is a wife and mother. She is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Human Services Counseling with a cognate in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Alabama. Deana is a Certified John C. Maxwell leadership coach and a Commissioned Stephen Minister. She considers motherhood to be the hardest and most rewarding job she’s ever had. As a preschooler, her son, Boone, began questioning everything. Deana stumbled over her answers to his questions until she searched deeper into her own faith and relationship with God. Through that process, Deana realized it is never too early for a child to learn about the greatness of God, never too late for an adult to begin applying the truths God has given us, and the necessity to look to God for the answers instead of relying on our own understanding. Deana lives in Guntersville, Alabama with her husband, Shawn, and her son, Boone. They have three dogs, two cats, and eight chickens.
